, incorporated in 2003, engaged in developing, design,producing and exporting series injection moulds and injection molding parts. 90% of our products were exported to Germany,USA, UK and other european countries. And products involves in wide range such as home appliance, IT, automobile, digital stuff and medical treatment etc.
We own 2 factories located in Zhongshan,200 employees are working there, 6 sets CNC machine, 16 sets EDM and other facility, all of them are working in good function, Greatools is capable of making 35~40 injection moulds and huge quantity of plastic parts per month, including hot runner moulds with system of HASCO, DME, INCOE, EWIKON,Moldmaster, and YUDO etc.Greatools also has 12 injection machine for mass production, good quality control and right arrangement assure big project goes smoothly.For good communication, our engineers are familiar with using most of the popular design softwares like Pro-E, solidwork, autoCAD and UG are applied by our skillful engineer, we also can make the moldflow analysis if necessary.
