1.Concept
sent by email from customer to Greatools
(1). Customer can use drawings, pictures and the description to
explain their concept.
2. Design is provided, discussed and confirmed.
(1). According to the information and requested of the customer,
greatools provide their design to customer in DWG and IGS or STP
files.
(2). Customer checks the details of the design and send greatools
their suggestion for modification.
(3).Greatools bases on customer’s suggestion and feasibility
for production, provides a revised design to customer.
(4). After several discussion, both sides reach their agreement
and confirm the final design.
3. Greatools quotes the whole project to customer.
4. Customer confirms the price and signs the contract.
5. Greatools makes the prototyping parts.
6. Customer checks and tests the prototyping parts and requests
to modify.
7.Customer confirms the final prototyping after modified by
greatools.
8. Greatools makes the mould according to the prototyping
parts confirmed by customer.
9. After modification, customer comfirms the mould.
10. Running the mass molding production.
11. Printing, painting, coating, assembly and packing.
12. Final production.
