Inquiry from customer
(1).Customer sends us the drawing in stp/igs/dwg/dxf format for inquiry.
(2).Customer sends us the technology requirement of inquiry likes what is the plastic material,steel material, finishing of the part. how many cavities, mould lifetime.
(3).If necessary, customer indicates the special requirement likes hotrunner system will use HASCO standard of DME standard, unless otherwise we will use normal standard from China.
2. Offered by Greatools
(1).Greatools checks the drawing and requirement carefully.
(2). Our engineer will make a professional analysis for part, if necessary we will provide part modification proposal to customer for rationalizing the part design to better tooling..
(3).Greatools offers by email as per the drawings and requirment to customer
3.Order placed
(1). Customer confirms the quotation by email.
(2). Customer sends again the final part drawing in IGES/STEP/PDF/DWG format and the updated requirement to Greatools.
(3). The agreement will be signed.seals by customer and Greatools which agreed mutually by both party, scanning and sending to each other for files.
4.Confidential
Greatools will consider all customer's information as high confidential files, Greatools will not disclose these to any third party without customer's permission. |
